Project Description
This proposal addresses the standpipe system to be installed in the new sprinklered, residential Central Park Tower 3a at 1200-1220 Sheppard Avenue East, Toronto. The Tower 3a project is the second phase ('Phase 2A') of construction of a 4-tower building. The Tower 3a project will be 31 storeys in height with four basement levels devoted primarily to vehicle parking.
