Project Description

Proposal to construct a new three storey six unit apartment building with a front porch, front basement walkout, second storey front and rear balconies, rear basement walkout and a rear porch will be constructed. Proposal to be reviewed as one building over three lots for a total of 16 units on three lots in conjunction with 24 and 26A Lewis St(rear yard garden suite and ALL proposals on adjacent lots to be reviewed separately). Lot lines between all three lots are proposed to shift.
