Project Description

Proposal to construct a new three storey fourplex with a front porch, second storey front and rear balconies, and a rear porch will be constructed. Proposal to be reviewed as one apartment building over three lots for a total of 16 units on three lots in conjunction with 24 and 26 B Lewis St (rear yard garden suites and all proposals on adjacent lots to be reviewed separately). Lot lines between all three lots are proposed to shift.
