The Indigenous organization, the Missanabie Cree First Nation, will be developing the site at 140 Merton Street, dedicating the project to housing options for Indigenous elders and other seniors.It will provide 294 new rental homes, of which approximately 98 will be affordable. The building will also include ceremonial space, a smudging room and indoor and outdoor amenities for residents.
