Project Description

Proposed retrofit project includes renovating approximately 755m2 of existing interior shared spaces at the P1 and Ground Floor levels. The project also includes accessibility upgrades, improving the common-use areas and exterior circulation for improved barrier-free accessibility. Exterior revitalization along Rogers Rd with new stairs and ramp. Removal and replacement of existing hardscaping to allow for the replacement of waterproofing at the rear terrace and Rogers Rd. colonnade. The rear terrace will be refreshed with new planters, canopy, and shelter.
