Project Description

Drain - Proposed interior alterations to demolish existing office spaces, classrooms and interior fit-up for new laboratories, offices, exercise training facilities, washrooms and kitchen on the lower ground level of the building. The renovated space will include six specialty assessment rooms, two new offices, one new metabolic kitchen, a cryogenic storage room, a wet lab, two exercise training facilities, additional storage, a seminar room, a barrier free washroom and two additional gendered washrooms with a change room and shower.
