REV: Revisions to some interior parts of unit in right side. lowering the entrance in front side and cutting porch.Changing the left side stair from U shape to straight. Including all engineer underpinning details. The vestibule in the cold room in front side proposed to be removed and the code base analysis added as a note at the floor plan. main reason is that the landing in front of the cold room is an exterior open space and is not considered as an Exit. So article 9.9.5.9 does not apply to this part. Proposed interior alterations to Single Family Dwelling to convert to Fourplex, garage underpinning to convert to part of dwelling unit. New basement walkout.
