Project Description

The proposed work is located Scarborough Center Station, on the southwest corner of the Progress Avenue and Grangeway Avenue intersection. The subject site is approximately 1.8 ha in area, which consists of three properties: #110, #120 and #140 Grangeway Avenue (Proposed SCS ¿ Construction laydown area). The subject site is bound by Progress Avenue to the north, Grangeway Avenue to the east, Bushby Drive to the south and McCowan Road to the west. As part of this application, STC seeks approval for installing sanitary servicing pipes & MH¿s and water pipe.
