HVAC - The project will consist of the construction of a one storey addition on the west side and a one storey addition on the east side of the existing one storey Arena Building, and add a Level 2 in the existing Arena Building. The Project will contain a gymnasijm and fitness facilitiues in addtion to a student commons on Level 1, while Level 2 will contain a lecture room, classroom, service and storeage spaces. The full area of the project will be 4,066sm and will be fully sprinklered.
