Rev 02: Modifications to the existing apartment on floors 2/3. new stair, relocate kitchen. rev 01: Exterior Stair orientation is revised No work is proposed on the third floor.Work on the second floor to consist of the alterations to the access stair and minor demolition of twoclosets. No alteration to the bedroom nor to the existing kitchen.The scope of work proposed falls within the definition of a basic renovation 11.3.3.1. with only very minorreplacement of existing assemblies and no significant removal of walls or ceilings.
