Project Description

Plumbing - In support of the Fire Ventilation Upgrade Program, TTC will be carrying out installation of fan plants at North and South sides of St. Clair West subway station. One storey building for the fan plant adjacent to the north exit of St. Clair West Station (8 Tichester Road) and within Cedarvale Park. The new structure will mainly be underground, the only above-grade component will be the staircase leading to grade.
