Rev 01 - Change existing layout, interior basement renovation, no new walkouts, kitchens, or bedrooms. Interior waterproofing. Relocating existing bathroom and laundry drains. Move electrical panel. Bakcwater valve installed last year. Close one window in laundry/sump area. Make bathroom window smaller.Keep living room window. Replace existing R12 insulation with R12 insulation.Interior waterproofing. Existing Interior basement renovation. Changing existing layout only.
