Project Description

Drain - Proposal to permit the extension of the existing lawful non-conforming two-storey mixed-use building (with three commercial units and two residential dwelling units) by constructing a rear second storey (cantilevered) addition with exterior stairs and interior alterations to construct one new commercial unit and two new residential dwelling units. There will be a total of four ground floor commercial units (two take out restaurants, one barber shop, and one business office) and four residential dwelling units on the second storey of the mixed-use building on the lot.
