Project Description
REV 01: revise the existing open building, plumbing, and HVAC permit at the property. Our building inspector requested updated drawings to reflect structural changes to the foundation and ground floor that were necessitated due to access constraints and existing fire damage uncovered during demolition. The original scope of work remains unchanged and is as follows: "To alter the existing three-storey mixed-use building (containing ground floor commercial space and two residential dwelling units on the second and third levels) by constructing a rear three-storey addition with a mezzanine level above the third storey and a rear (east) ground floor pedestrian access.
