REV 01: Permit Revision ¿ Removal of roof anchor at elevator shaft enclosure roof; no changes to roof access conditions.Scope of work remains limited to structural repairs, recladding, roof replacement at elevator shaft enclosure, and basement waterproofing as per original permit.No new roof access or suspended access systems are proposed.Repairs and modernization to an existing elevator shaft comprised of the following: repairs to existing structural steel members; replacement of glass block building envelope with new aluminum plate rain-screen assembly and fixed glazing units; and remedial waterproofing repairs to the existing courtyard and respective basement level.
