Project Description
REV 02 - revision to address min. 50% proposed soft landscaping zoning deficiency per 10.5.50.10. The walkway outline near Cheltenham Ave has been redefined in order to increase soft landscaping area and eliminate some paver area. This adjustment now places the soft landscaping area at 55.3%. Rev 01 - Interior Renovation w/ foundation underpinning to increase basement ceiling height. Hot roof (spray insulation) on 2nd floor roof as requested by inspector. Basement walkout/patio rebuild to match exits in proposed design. Structural components to connect to existing building conditions.
