Repairs to Deteriorated Concrete Slab In an Apartment Building: 1.Install temporary shoring at mid-span of the concrete slab to provide additional support to the compromised concrete slab. 2.Remove concrete to expose corroded reinforcing steel. 3.Abrasive cleans of the corroded reinforcing steel. Install additional rebar according to engineer's recommendations. 4.Patch or re-pour concrete.
