Project Description

Demolition and construction of building facade on north, rear side of property on the ground floor facing Cumberland Street. Ground level partial demolition and exit/service corridor rerouted. Partial replacement of existing windows on level 2. Partial exterior building over clad structural framing on level 3. Partial slab demolition on ground level, 2 and 3 for future tenant interior fit-out. New interior LULA lift and elevator pit. Water closets on ground level and level 2 to be future tenant interior fit-out scope of work.
