REVISION 02: Proposed removal and replacement of the drywall on the first floor. Add fire rating plan for the first floor.REVISION - : The temporary shoring walls must be installed to the underside of the second-floor joists in the basement to accommodate the removal and replacement of the top plates and damaged joists. The smoke-damaged interior finishes on the first and second floors be selectively removed and replaced to match the existing. The damaged carpet in the basement must be removed and replaced to match pre-lossFire Damage Repairs - To restore the dwelling to pre-loss performance levels and conditions, the scope of work would include the selective removal and replacement of damaged floor joists and blocking within the steel beams above the garage.
