Project Description

Plumbing - Verify existing framing in the course of construction, infill gasps in decking and edge of diaphragm where directed, install struts to tie rafters to tie ends to floor diaphragm, add fasteners at connection to trimmer joists, install face-mount hangers at valley to ridge intersection, install new rafter ties throughout, sheathe interior load-bearing cable stud wall where directed, install load-bearing knee-wall extension/column extensions where directed, reinforce ridge beams and valley beams where stated.
