REVISION - add one room in the basement (Booth 015), revise the open waiting room 104 to an enclosed meeting room (Meeting 104) with accessible door added, revise the glazed partition at (Boardroom 105) from an operable partition, to a fixed partition with accessible doors, whereas previous mechanical drawings noted the requirement for fire dampers to be provided at all fire separations, the mechanical inspector has requested that all fire dampers are shown on the drawings. Mechanical drawings are updated to show dampersPlumbing - Interior alterations and 4-storey rear addition to existing 3-storey building.
