Project Description

Revision - for exhaust duct fire-wrapped within the mechanical fire rated shafts, see attached list.REV HVAC - The project includes the interior alteration of a portion of multiple floor areas within the existing University building to accommodate laboratory, classroom, office and lounge spaces. Floor areas will be partially renovated or repaired on the ground floor, levels 1, 4, 5 & 7. The existing building is classified as containing a Group A, Division 2 (assembly) major occupancy and includes Group F, Division 2 (laboratory), Group D (office) and Group F, Division 3 (building service and storage) occupancies. Proposal for demolition permit only. Removal of non-structural partitions, casework, finishes, mechanical ducting, plumbing, electrical in preparation for new work
