Project Description
Revision 02 - This is for a resubmission to an existing building permit with revisions consisting minor changes to design and layout, addition of electrical requirement for Mag-Lock for two (2) doors (D201 and D406), removal of fire rating for several wall partitions based on revised use, and addition of rough-in for three sinks. All changes are bubbled and full list of changes are noted with referenced drawings in the attached cover letter.Revision #01 - Proposed changes to the lab and studio layout including changes to the specific use of lab spaces.Construction of laboratories, Photography and Video Production, Office and Storage facilities on unoccupied space on the ground floor. Work includes new HVAC and plumbing as well as limited structural work in support of the new HVAC installation.
