REVISION 2 - Change the elevator by the architect, Joists keep as they exist in some areas adding one joist in the middle of the joist, adding two columns in the middle, many beams reduced the height, all columns around the building - Conversion of the building from a proposed duplex, to a proposed single family home.- Rev. of int. room layouts and vertical circulation design. Add of an exit door along the west elevation.- Removal of 1 exterior porch on the southeast corner of the building.- Modifications to the building structure to suit the revised building layout------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Proposal to demolish 1 storey sfd and construct 2 new sfd- semi part 1
