Project Description

Rev 02 - Revisions to the current BLD, HVAC, and PLB permits for the updated hotel suites on floors 41-45 in the West Tower.REV 01: The window sprinklers on the south elevation are relocated to avoid an operable window below per the comments received during the HVAC Permit review. The updated limiting distance and exposed building face calculation are provided as well. To be read in conjunction with 22 168056 ALT 00 AS.Proposal to construct a mixed-used building consisting of two 45-storey towers connected by a nine-storey base building podium, hotel space with 36 suites, residential space comprising 658 dwelling units, commercial at grade and five levels of underground parking.
