Project Description

Proposed interior alteration to renovate spaces 5334, 5326, 5326B and demolish 5334A, 5334B,5326A on the 5th floor. The extent of the renovation includes removing finishes, removing walls, electrical wires, plumbing, and mechanical fume hoods. The scope also includes adding new finishes, new FRR doors, new bulkheads, new electrical receptacles, stabilizing the existing masonry walls, adding a condensing unit and a return fan. Furthermore, abatement and new fire spray will be part of stabilizing the walls.
