Project Description

To alter the existing two-storey mixed-use building by constructing a rear two-storey addition with second storey balcony and exterior stairs. There is one non-residential unit (restaurant) on the ground floor, and one residential dwelling unit on the second level, which will be maintained. The existing rear one-storey ancillary building (detached garage) will be demolished.
