Project Description

Building renovation including interior demolition, interior alterations at ground floor, core and shell commercial space on levels 1 to 17, including replacement of existing finishes and plumbing fixtures in core washrooms. Project scope also includes elevator modernization, curtain wall modernization with new curtain wall at podium floors (2 & 3), and roof replacement at levels 4 and upper roof levels. The project results in a net reduction of interior floor area.
