Project Description

Proposed interior alterations to an existing dwelling. The scope of work includes reconfiguration of the interior floor plan to create one additional room and one ensuite bathroom. Work includes removal and construction of non-load-bearing interior partitions, sistering existing joists of structural wall framing, installation of new plumbing fixtures, electrical modifications, and associated finishes. No structural walls will be removed or constructed. No changes to the building footprint, exterior walls, or building height are proposed.
