Project Description
Proposal for the standpipe installation to meet the requirements of the 2024 OBC as opposed to the 2012 OBC that this project is permitted under. Specifically, it is proposed that a Class 1 standpipe system, with risers and 65 mm hose connections (not in cabinets) be provided on the main landing of each floor within both exit stairwells of the renovated building and in the horizontal exits between the two buildings as required by 2013 NFPA 14.For further detail see report attached, "251029 CodeNext Alternative Solution Report 25P0241", dated Oct 29th.
