The 57 Spadina project consists of a 36 storey residential tower and a 4- level basement parking garage.This Alternative Solution proposes the additional sprinklered windows (above the required to meet spatial separation requirements)and the use of close-spaced sprinkler water curtain to protect operable windows/doors adjacent to a required sprinkler window. Sprinklered window protection is required on the North and South building faces. (Refer to Architectural Drawings Submitted forBuilding Permit).
