Project Description

Remove existing 2nd story deck; rebuild deck.  I believe existing deck was built without a permit, but has been standing for 15 to 20 years.  Ideally I would like to retrofit/reuse the existing concrete post footings as there is a concrete pad at grade around post supports and around back entrance to the house, to avoid unsettling soil, and the footings appear sound and have not shifted/settled.  If plan to reuse existing footings is not feasible, plan would be amended to incorporate new footings.
