Project Description

Proposed new interior alterations to levels 9, 10 and 12 of an existing building. Level 9: Interior renovation to establish a new Cardiac Clinic and Diagnostic Unit, including demolition, architectural reconfiguration, and mechanical and electrical upgrades. The work area includes the Burton architectural work on L9 (1435m2) and the non-architectural work on L10 (1430m2) and L12 (11m2Levels 10 and 12: Minor modifications to support building systems and vertical service connections related to the Level 9 program.Exterior Work: Replacement of existing windows and installation of new mechanical louvres to support upgraded HVAC systems.No structural modifications beyond localized openings for services are proposed.
