Project Description

HVAC - Proposed new Pacific Energy brand wood burning stove (model Alderlea T4 LE) to be installed by a WETT certified technician installed in south-east corner of the living room, on a custom made non-combustable floor pad, with appropriate clearances as per manual. Double walled insulated chimney will exit the east living room wall and run up east exterior wall of house, with required 2 inch clearance from exterior wall. Chimney will go through fascia of roof, extend at least 5 feet above roof line to adhere to WETT requirements, with roof braces and rain cap installed.
