HVAC - Interior alterations to the mechancial and plumbing - Upgrading the dryer exhaust venting and installing new exhaust fans with more CFM. Tying seven dryers to one vent shaft from floors 2 through 8 and six dryers to a second vent shaft from floors 3 through 8. Both new ventilation shafts will terminate through the sidewall of the penthouse mechanical room.
