Project Description

Proposal to address a proposed Alternative Solution related to the following:- exit exposure protection of the unenclosed exterior exit stairs on the Main Floor serving the townhouseunits / modules consisting of primary and secondary suites (9.9.4.4.),- shared egress facility requirements of the townhouse units / modules consisting of primary and secondary suites- opening onto a public corridor served by a single exit (9.9.9.3.(1)(b)), and- dead-end condition in the residential public corridor serving the townhouse units / modules consisting of primary and secondary suites exceeding the maximum permitted length of 6 m (9.9.7.3.(1)).
