Project Description

To divide existing commercial unit occupying the ground floor level and basement into two residential units as follows: One unit on the ground floor, and one unit in the basement. The exiting rear basement entry door would be maintained. The ground level rear door would be shifted up to match floor level. No proposed change to the existing residential unit that occupied the second and third floors.
