Project Description

Proposal/Scope of Work: Review is limited to the area(s) bubbled [proposed to convert two exterior windows of the ground floor level into entrance doors (as noted) of the existing building] No other work or approval beyond the bubbled area(s). Structures and Uses identified as existing conditions have not been reviewed for compliance with the OBC, nor have they been verified or approved. The performance level of the building after the material alteration or repair shall not create an unhealthy environment in the building, as per OBC Part 11.3 requirements.Proposal for a new door opening.
