Project Description

REV 01 - Revision to permit to account for added 100 mm dia. excess steam pumped condensate pipe routing and connection to existing City of Toronto 350mm dia. sanitary inside the MOAT. Updated routing for the DCW piping and fire standpipe to go through Bicycle Storage Room wall, down into void space and then through the 1929 wall into the GO Boiler Room and service corridor ceiling at the existing Union Station concourse level, respectively. Relocated the DCW meter and assembly in GO Boiler Room.Mechanical, electrical, and IT services implemented north of USEP project limit (10 ft North of 1929 wall) for running the conduit/pipes, to occur concurrently with USEP construction to accelerate overall project completion. (Related to Main Building Permit 22 237137 BLD 00 NB).
