Alternative solution for sprinkler­ protected window assemblies in 8 suites on Levels 18 to 25, located on the east exposing building face of the project located at 767-773 Yonge Street in the City of Toronto.This alternative solution addresses the protection of non-rated frames located between the sprinkler­ protected glazed assemblies and adjacent unprotected openings, with closely spaced sprinklers.The alternative solution is based on the Objectives and Functional Statements of the objective-based 2024 Ontario Building Code (OBC).
