Project Description
Revising current open permit: Finished bsmt incl. 3-piece bath, laundry roughed in by underpinning co.; lounge area & workshop & utility/storage room. Change stair slope/opening to accomodate new floor depth. Engineer has provided the following re stairs: "The post and foundations can still be used in the same fashion.If we¿re wanting to go with beams, it will be (2)-2x10 framing the length of the stair, and a (3)-2x10 transfer bearm connected to on either end"
