Project Description

REV01: Proposed revision for the exhaust ductwork in Kitchen W613 connecting to a non fire-rated partition in accordance with the current as-built condition on site. Mechanical drawing M106 has been updated with bubble to reflect this scope.HVAC - Proposed work is an interior office fit-out inside suite 610 on the existing 6th Floor of the Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus West Tower. The program of the proposed work includes two open workstation areas, a meeting room, a private breakout room, two private offices, a kitchen with dining area, a reception area, two storage areas, and space to accommodate existing private pods. New plumbing work for the kitchen is being proposed. New HVAC work to serve this office suite is being proposed. New electrical and lighting work are being proposed. All proposed HVAC, plumbing, electrical and lighting work will be tied back to existing base building systems. Existing sprinkler system inside suite to be revised to suit new interior layout. Existing structure is to remain with no change.
