Revision 1 - driveway modification. The original permit ( # 25 122759 BLD 00 SR) driveway shape had an angular curve on the left hand side, our proposal is to widen the driveway by straightening the driveway in that area.Proposal to modifiy the driveway at the front of an existing SFD-detached dwelling.
