REV 01 - Scope of Work: Review is limited to the area(s) bubbled [proposed to add a 3rd dwelling unit in the basement (new kitchen and laundry area), and to add a new rear deck/terrace on the 3rd floor level]. No other work or approval beyond the bubbled area(s). Structures and Uses identified as existing conditions have not been reviewed for compliance with the OBC, nor have they been verified or approved. The performance level of the building after the material alteration or repair shall not create an unhealthy environment in the building, as per OBC Part 11.3 requirements. Refer to all notes, building notes, and attachments issued with approved drawing(s), permit(s). These drawings to be read in conjunction with approved drawings, permit 2022-221813 BLD 00.Proposal to construct interior alterations Scope includes adding insulation to ceilings and some interior walls, install potlights, install interconnected smoke & carbon monoxide detectors, add plywood underlayment to second level sub-floor, remodel existing washrooms, replace all windows, replace boiler, replace hot water tanks, replace thermostats, replace interior doors, rebuild bulkheads with metal frame, replace appliances
