Project Description

Proposal is reviewed for work was done without obtaining a building permit for existing single family dwelling unit with existing secondary suite in the second floor.as per below;-Demolish existing front porch and build new front walkout .-Second floor front addition to square off the existing front bay window.-Creation of a third unit in the basement floor level with a proposed side entrance and proposed basement walkout and basement underpinning l.Proposal to construct a basement walk-out and underpinning at basement level.
