Proposal for interior alterations for new storefront glazing, replace existing security door, flooring, ceiling tiles and repainting walls. replace incandescent lights to LED. No work to be done on existing emergency and exit lights, existing sprinklers in the ceiling and existing ductwork, all of which shall remain as is.
