Project Description

Rev 01 - Removed the proposal for the installation of a fire shutter over one of the existing patio doors, reduced number of unprotected openings on the south wall, shifted the high-level window from the front to the middle of the garden suite south wall ,reduced the limiting distance of the garden suite, increased the limiting distance of the main dwelling, spatial re-calculation of the main dwelling's north wall permits all existing unprotected openings without the need for closers or fire shutters.
