REVISION01: Unfinished basement being converted to a 2 bedroom basement apartment of the proposed design.(NOTE from Applicant: I am submitting an amendment to the design of my existing building permit 24 214277 BLD 00 for 23 Parsell Square in Scarborough to leave the original entrance and stairway from the main floor to the basement AS IS with the addition of a new fire rated door to separate the two dwellings. I would also move the stacked washer and dryer into the closet of the main floor. I have attached the Revised Drawing from my designer with the updates made on pages A5 and A6 with notes circled in bubbles regarding the fire rated door and washer and dryer.)Converting the existing unfinished basement into a second basement apartment.
