Project Description

REVISION 01 : reduce the size of the previousy approved rear third storey addition, with no cantilever over the existing second floor. The previously identified ensuite bathroom will now be a three piece bathroom within the existing third floor area. The revision also includes a proposed rooftop balcony at the rear over the remaining second floor roof area. Refer to previously issued A0342/24TEYRear third storey addition (39m2) to include new bedroom and ensuite, interior alterations to the existing second and third floor levels (49m2), basement underpinning (42 lin.m), basement finishing (65m2), to include new bathroom, laundry room. Proposed basement waterproofing, including new sump pit and back water valve. New furnace, hydronic basement floor and associated boiler.
