Alternative Solution - Exemption for installation of sprinkler systems in temporary small single storey structures (under 800 sq ft.), within 100 Princes Blvd, The Enercare Centre at Exhibition Place. The Enercare Centre is a fully sprinklered building; and is a A2 occupancy used primarily for trade and consumer shows. Occupant load not to exceed 2.8 m2 per person. NFPA 13, Sec.3.3.206, 2022 Ed. Small Room. A compartment of light hazard occupancy classification having unobstructed construction and a floor area not exceeding 800 ft2 (74 m2) In lieu of a sprinkler system the small rooms will be provided with fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, fire watch during event hours.
